Early Years Network Tower Hamlets

We provide the following services to our member groups, members of the public and officers of the Council.

INFORMATION
On your nearest day nurseries, playgroups and parent & toddler groups.

ADVICE
To new and existing groups on the setting up of Early Years Provision, their constitution, premises, fundraising, equipment, play activities, training, health and safety, publicity, insurance and HR Support.

ANNUAL CALENDAR
We produce an annual calendar for our member groups. It provides information on term dates, festival dates, events and much more.

PLAYGROUP SUPPORT
We provide administrative support to voluntary sector playgroups. We offer assistance to them in:

PARENTS & TODDLERS SUPPORT
We provide an outreach worker to give advice and regular support to 70 Parent & Toddler Groups in LBTH. We assist groups in the development of policies and procedures, as well as helping with many other issues, i.e. Fundraising, Training, Grants, Equipment, etc.

PAYROLL AND PENSION ADMINISTRATION SERVICE
EYNTH provides a fast, flexible and efficient payroll service that removes the pressure and risk of compliance with employment low, HMRC statutory requirements and Pension Regulators requirements.

FORUM MEETINGS
EYNTH holds periodic forum meetings for its member groups. The aim of the forum meetings is to bring Early Years Providers together to address and discuss concerns affecting the running of their services.

FUNDAY
This is a fundraising opportunity, which enables all member groups to raise funds for themselves to purchase new play equipment. Many groups use this day as their annual outing for parents/carers, children and staff to enjoy together.

TRAINING
For Playgroup staff and Volunteers and Committee Members, i.e. Automatic Enrolment and Financial Responsibilities.

NEWSLETTER
Monthly newsletter with the latest information on vacancies, courses, etc.

BULK-BUY
Open on Wednesdays. We are able to provide art materials at discounted prices.

PUBLICATIONS
We have for sale a number of useful publications on Playgroup Practice.

REFERENCE LIBRARY
We have a number of useful publications for reference purposes, e.g. grant-giving charities.

LOAN EQUIPMENT
We often have a supply of loan equipment, so please ask. If you have equipment you no longer require, please give it to us for re-distribution.
